As in previous years we have the pleasure of hosting our popular and inspirational spring event:

Getting it “just right” – Identifying the true leaders of tomorrow

Scott Gregory – CEO, Hogan Assessment Systems
Will highlight and discuss the importance of leaders’ ability to understand their role and responsibility as well as finding the balance between too little and too much leadership presence. Using Hogan’s research and his own global insight, he will be underlining how leadership drives organisational behaviour and performance – for better and for worse – and how this can be balanced “just right”.

Mohsin Siddiqui – Head of Organisational Effectiveness, ING Group
Will take a practical approach and present how ING Bank is using Hogan Assessments to build a comprehensive and data-driven approach to their people practices across the organisation and how that feeds into their leadership development programmes in their endeavour to getting it “just right”.
